"We really enjoyed our stay. Room was layed out nicely, very clean and comfortable. Pool was warm and awesome. Breakfast was ok. Area around property was well taken care of, cameras and always staff on hand. We would definitely suggest staying here. "

"The hotel is in good condition . It is located in an older, unmaintained area. Not many restaurants in the area. The rooms on the busch drive side of hotel are not quiet with the traffic, since the building is very close to the road. I probably will not return. "

"Very filthy room and flooding riles.. lot stains everywhere.. bed, lamp, table you name it.. we couldnt unpack our bag away from bed.. Toilet flush was broken.. Also.. You could clearly hear other guests normal talks from room next door.. Overall very poor experience.. It was relatively lower cost bit these are the things which were bare minimum for any hotel to stay in businesses.."

"When we arrived with three adults to our room, we noticed only 2 full size bath towels were in the room. We dropped our luggage and went to grab a bite to eat. While we were eating, I received a nice text message from front desk asking about our room checkin and I replied that we needed an extra towel. When we returned to hotel after eating, the staff had already added towels to our room. Excellent job and everyone we encountered while staying there was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended location when visiting USF."
