「The hotel is dated although lobby isn’t , room furniture is in need of upgrading. Location is excellent and price quite reasonable. Would stay again.」

「Internet was adequate. Breakfast consisted of muffins, croissants and bananas. Room was ok but the shower liner was dirty and had what appeared to be mould at the bottom part.」

「Pool slide closes at 9 and the pool closes at 10 PM. Kitchen closes at 10 with the bar closing at midnight!!」

「Overall a good hotel for the price. Comfy bed and large room. The shower was a little bit small. It is only a 15 minute / 20 minute walk to most places downtown. Some things to note: -The only 5 guest rooms that I saw were all located outside the main building -The breakfast voucher is good for anytime of day. There are 4 options included in your stay that comes with coffee, tea, or juice. The options are: 1 egg with hashbrowns, meat, & toast; breakfast sandwhich with hashbrowns; bagel &...

「As I said before. I found broken glass upon arrival when I was hanging up my coat. I told front desk staff and I could have changed my room. But opted in staying. Also very noisy room」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「Excellent staff, great service in all areas」

「We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. 」

「Been at this hotel quite a few times, but several policy changes since my last stay 6 months ago. Wanted ID, my husband couldn’t check in on our booking and was a little silly about the policy.」
