"A very charming small hotel. The hotel was an old olive oil producing village that fell into ruin. Each of the rooms has been renovated from small workers cottages to a charming standard. It is such a lovely, quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. The

is idyllic, the only criticism would be that I think it should be adults only. The ambience was somewhat spoilt when there was a couple with a baby who was crying by the

and had the parents speak baby talk which ruined the quiet...

Unfortunately, we didn't like the hotel's facilities, as many things are in need of renovation and weren't always cleaned properly. Nevertheless, we would recommend the hotel to travelers who want to reach everything on foot and only want to use the hotel for sleeping purposes. "

"This was our 6th trip here, so obviously there is a lot to love. Three times as a couple, this was 3rd with two younger generations. Staff are lovely - although there is a risk of wine recommendations becoming a sales pitch. There are lots more hotel-organised trips available than before. This can provide comfort and confidence to new visitors but you can save money if you choose to arrange them yourself.
