"Everything was good except being next door to someone with a dog. It yapped half the night and all morning after 6 AM👎"

"Had a not so nice Oder I called about. Maybe old smoke or mustyness in the halls and room. One bed was made up ok the other looked like they just threw the blanket back over and tucked it in. Both things I called the overnight staff about. "

"Walls were stained with...well who knows what. Front entrance wreaked of cat urine. Staff was friendly, but looked at me like I was crazy when I told her the walls were filthy, and the whole place needs a fresh paint job."

"We didn’t stay. After being given an occupied room (contained luggage and personal belongings) we went to the desk thinking they had made a mistake of which room we were in. There was another guest who had been given a room that was dirty and supplied photos. The front desk clerk agreed to a refund as he didn’t have any clean rooms. It seemed as though they didn’t have staff. I did see one person cleaning near the desk but the front desk clerk kept leaving to go check on rooms himself. He was gone for extended periods. "

"The bathroom had a stale urine smell. They say that the rooms are sound proof that is not true we could hear pounding and stopping from rooms next to and above us. People was running up the halls throughout the night knocking on our door. Staff was nice. The breakfast was good."

"Absolutely loved our stay! Pool was warm and clean and so was our room, breakfast tasted amazing and had a lot of options. We had a ground floor room pretty close to the pool so that was nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. "

"Definitely one of the nicer stays we've had in a while!! No complaints at all!. Our room was clean the staff was great and accommodating! We were next to everything we needed and I loved how I was able to park right where I could see my car from our room!!. Breakfast was amazing!! Will def keep this hotel on our lists if we ever have to stay in the area again! "
