This is a third rate motel. There were homeless and obviously addicted people (respect here for their human condition) living in the motel, the carpet in the hallways extremely dirty and stained, the reception looked like a cubicle in a dirty garage.The room was spacious, with pieces of furniture ready to fell apart. Bed and bathroom were acceptable clean, the refrigerator old and the freezer totally clogged with ice. It was very quiet during the night. We had been on a road trip for a month and this was the dirtiest place, not worth at all the price we paid to Expedia over 100 dollars. We would not recommend unless you do not have a place to sleep for a few hours. Don’t pay more than $50…No comments about breakfast because we run out of the place as soon as as we wake up…

We had a king bed that was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and there was fruit, cereal, and breads for breakfast. Our only issue was the flooring in our room. I am think the cleaning staff used too much soap to mop the floors as the entire room was similar to a luxury vinyl plank flooring. Without rinsing properly it left the entire floor sticky to walk around. It needs a good mopping with hot water only to get the sticky residue off the floor. Otherwise, felt very safe.

When you look from the outside, the building is old looking, however, when you enter the building the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The building and rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. We left a tablet behind and they called us to let us know. Great customer service. Sam the property manager was awesome !!!

It was clean, quiet and affordable. It was a busy week in Morgantown so I stayed a little out of town and it was great. Thank you to the wonderful staff for a great stay.
