O hotel fica bem próximo do funicular e também das principais atrações da cidade, possibilitando conhecer tudo caminhando. A rua do hotel é repleta de restaurantes e tem também um bom mercado. 「Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)」

「Unbelievable service and dining. The fancy restaurant was closed for some updates but the other restaurant was unbelievably! The made something not even on the menu. The even made us a pizza and the waitress brought to the room. Spa was excellent. We were very happy! A 1st class Hotel.」
