Excellent hotel from start to finish. Staff was pleasant and helpful and thoughtful. Property was prestige and excellent location. Grocery store right across the street makes things easy. Very friendly and accommodating. Room sheets smelled fresh and clean. Will def return. 5 stars all the way.

Hotel was very clean and in central part of town. Staff was helpful and welcoming. No A/C but there was a ceiling fan and we slept with windows opened and it was just fine.

Rooms were small but clean and had all the necessary items. Good AC, thankfully, as Orvieto was very hot. Breakfast (included) was simple but good. The staff were friendly, fast and helpful. Two items to note: 1) Hotel signage is very subtle. Believe your Apple Maps. It’s there. 2) Parking is scarce. Plan to walk a bit. Good overall. Thanks!

We stayed one night at Hotel Posta and had a lovely experience. The rooms are well-kept and clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the location is right in the heart of everything we wanted to see in town. The staff in particular were above and beyond wonderful. They took great care of us, gave us dining recommendations, and let us store our bags in the lobby (supervised) for a few hours as we explored Orvieto.

This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to il Duomo and great restaurants. There is a small supermarket across the street and a really good gelateria just a block away. It was a quiet hotel with a clean and comfortable room. My favorite thing about this hotel was the staff! They really made our experience so amazing. They went over and above to help us find the best restaurant for our needs and to figure out the bus system so we could visit nearby towns. The breakfast was also spectacular. This was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel!

I normally never book a 2 Star Hotel but I booked it not realizing it was 2 Star. What makes it two star as they do not have 24 hour service. this hotel is a great value, middle of village, nice patios, If you are a budget, this is a great place for you
