「I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait...

「We were EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. Woke up this AM only to discover our shower had no hot water. Ive never had that happen before. Called the front desk and was told they were having issues and were working on it. WTH does Westin rent me a room with no hot water?」

「I'm surprised by the great reviews - wasn't my cup of tea and I could have done better for 150$ in the area. Right from when I walked in to the old carpet and old, tired front entrance I felt I had made an error. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable, so I will say that. The shower had very little pressure, what looked like a new fridge made a horrible noise on and off all night even when I turned the temp down. The whole place smelled of old hotel so thank goodness the window...

「My family stayed in the one bedroom, double bed. The living room was in a separate space, with a pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress was more comfortable than the double bed mattresses. The staff was friendly. The ice was available downstairs with the staff. Kitchen included microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pot, pan, utensils, dishes, stove top. Dishwasher. No oven. The bathroom was spacious and closet space was spacious. We didn't like that the parking fee was $30 per night, which...
