"I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. "The resort itself was beautiful and the staff for the most part were amazing. They provide feee treats in the evening and very relaxed and helpful. We had a dog and although very accommodating we were not able to eat on the patio because of surrounding wildfires which we understood but literally all the other restaurants including one 5 mins walk away had their patio open so that was frustrating. The other issue was that we never had our room cleaned even though we asked for it to be done. After 3 days it needed to be done. Other than that we had a great time and very grateful to the staff with helping us and our stay at this beautiful resort."

"The overall premises were clean , well managed & security good. The bedrooms were clean, checked in & out was easy & fast. The breakfast was great, a good variety of cereals, eggs, bread, jam & fruits were made available every morning. We had a wonderful stay at the Dillworth Inn, Kelowna & very impressed with the staff ‘s work. We may stay there again on our next visit to the Okanagan."
