"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I also appreciated having both Starbucks and Ricky’s located on the hotel grounds, which made meals and coffee very convenient. One thing that stood out was the presence of a security guard patrolling the parking area at night. Given that I noticed some unhoused individuals in the surrounding area, this added an extra sense of security and peace of mind regarding vehicle safety. The main area for improvement would be the condition of the rooms. The property feels somewhat dated, and I believe removing the carpet and updating the flooring would make a significant difference. The bathrooms are also quite small, and despite having all the lights on, the rooms felt darker than expected. Overall, the service and convenience were excellent, but some updates to the rooms would greatly enhance the guest experience."
