「I take responsibility for not looking closer when I booked the room, but I was disappointed that the "whirlpool" tub was not jetted. I was really looking forward to a jetted tub, and not a big ol' bathtub. That is the reason for my rating. It was a lovely large suite, but nothing really special. 「Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!」

「It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes.
