Upon check-in, we realize the hotel itself was very old and outdated. The pool was the best part as it has a giant water slide and hot tub and sprinkler for the kids but the elevator was old. The floors might’ve been updated recently, but after the renovation, the carpet still smell like mildew Not to mention it was very weird that each door has a huge space underneath, which is kind of odd for a hotel considering you would like to keep pests out so because there was a 2 inch gap under each door we could hear absolutely everything. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast was mediocre

Owned and operated by First Nations people for ~25 years, we were impressed by the pride of ownership on display. The property appeared to be in excellent condition, and service was top notch. We had a spacious room (1 King bed). The water slide was fun; the hot tub was a good size and HOT! Next time we visit, we hope to also try the FN owned and operated restaurant on the same site--it looks amazing!

This property donated our stay through Heartbeats at the Alberta Children's hospital to accommodate our travel to Edmonton for my child's heart surgery at Stollery Children's hospital! Forever thankful for their generosity during a difficult time for our family. My other children got to relax and enjoy the water park during our stay, helps to distract our minds. Was a wonderful stay. Thank you! Very clean, friendly staff, lots of parking and great art work throughout the hotel!

We saw poop in the pool. We told a staff member and they said it wasn’t poop but a toy. I went to the gym the next morning (next to the pool)….the pool was supposed to open at 7:00am but was closed till 9:00am for extra cleaning. They knew what it was and lied about it. We won’t be back.

Pros: bed was comfortable, parking great, pool and water slide big hit with the toddler, breakfast was great. Cons: we paid extra to upgrade to a suite, it was right beside the pool that closes at 10pm so it was loud and hard to get to sleep, TV in bedroom didn’t work and other TV was also poor quality when we tried to do a family movie night, and pull out bed was uncomfortable. If we didn’t use the pull out bed, TV or have a room by the pool, easy 4-5/5 stars.

Friendly staff. The pool was fun & it was nice that there was a restaurant in the same parking lot. It was pretty good. The elevators could use some TLC as well as the couches in the room, they were stained so we sat on towels.

Quiet, clean rooms. But my only issue was no USB charging ports in the room. The magnetic charger on the clock radio didn’t work as well.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. There were lots of breakfast choices. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures but still kept the kids entertained. Cons: The walls are absolutely paper thin. With a hotel with a water slide we expected there to be lots of kids, but with the walls and floors being so thin you can hear EVERYTHING. There were kids screaming down the hallways till 11 at night and we could hear the people above us yelling, as well as kids crying in the middle of the night. The property itself is clean, and staff were extremely friendly, but if you’re hoping to have a quiet stay, I’d look elsewhere.

If you stay on any floor where rooms are above you , it’s extremely loud . Could hear every footstep . Especially if there’s a family above you , kids running back and forth until 12am . Actual room was clean , pool was great for the littles . Breakfast was decent , staff friendly . Very convenient price and location . But if you come to relax and have a quiet stay , this isn’t the hotel ( coming from a mom with a toddler )

Overall, it was pretty good though. I wish they designed the bathrooms better with the door didn’t hit you in the knees when you’re on the toilet.
