"El personal es amable y las personas de limpieza son muy profesionales y atentas, sin embargo, considero que cuando un o varios huéspedes reportan algúna conducta de otros huéspedes tales como escándalos por la noche y música que perturba el sueño del resto pues ya es merecedora de una sanción disciplinaria y no esperar a que sean más de cuatro reportes para ya hacer la multa pertinente, eso fue el único inconveniente que yo presencié"

"remembering sitting across the bay in a different hotel asking my self what placed was that i looked into it i a did a reservation, not knowing much about it when we got there we were amazed and fall in love instantly with this placed its like you let yourself go into it and forget about everything the staff amazing !!!! can't wait to go back"
