We enjoyed our stay even though the property is still under renovation due to hurricane. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The beach view from our room balcony was beautiful.

Bad customer service in the front desk. I called to report that A/C doesn't work. They send maintenance to fixed but not. I went to the front desk and they give me bad attitude. I heard they said it's a Expedia. Again they send another to fix the A/C the maintenance person don't not fixed. Around 2am I went Again to front desk and heard they said it's Expedia. They tried to send Again maintenance I told them to change me to another room. Look like they don't wants to give different rooms.

The amenities were great. The hotel recovered well after Hurricane Otis. There is more work to be done, but they are doing a great job. I enjoyed the private infinity pool area. It was quiet for adults. We drank, had food, read our books, and laughed a lot. I highly recommend this infinity pool area. The buffet breakfast was well done. Overall a great 2 nights and 2 days stay.

10 out of 14 days there was NO HOT Water . They did have a hurricane in November however the reopened the 15th of December . The sad thing is you were not informed at check- in and led to believe by staff , whom were either missed informed or misled , that it was a very temporary condition due to a boiler malfunction. Pool restrooms had no toilet seats and most sinks were inoperable. Been a guest here 40 plus times since 1980 . This is unsatisfactory to say the least

Loved my stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and always restocked. Everytime we ordered room service they will be quick and polite. We enjoyed the adult pool and drinks. The only bad thing we’re the elevators they were out of service twice so it was a wait for only one elevator in use. Already have my stay booked for next year!

Loved this property. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The only downside was that the upper pool is now limited and you need to pay extra to enjoy that. Didn't see many people there so not sure if it's really worth it. Also most of the time adult pool was quiet but one guard on a certain day allowed horseplay to happen between adults that should have known better and it was loud and disruptive. Several couples left due to this. They should go to kids area if they want to act like loud children. Roberto was excellent to guard adult area and kept noise level down Recommend him highly. All the bellboys are excellent and so helpful and nice. They are all exceptional men that take their job serious and give a great look to your hotel and lobby by their professionalism. We love this area except for the additional charges to adult above pool and also charges on beach for chairs and "tents" there.

I liked it. I guess I was anticipating a private beach. Aka free loungers and no so many hustlers. Surprised to know that it was as 350$ pesos to rent an umbrella and 2 loungers for the day.

So far this has been our best hotel experience in Acapulco. The property is nice and a great option for families. We paid for the breakfast but I would recommend otherwise because of the amount of restaurants around the property. If you rent the beach, cabanas, watch your head, they are very low.

Las instalaciones y el servicio muy bueno, se disfruta mucho de la alberca y restaurantes. Pero el aire acondicionado el la habitación no enfría y eso hace que no se disfrute la habitación , mucho calor imposible dormir con tanto calor.

The hotel is nice but they need new upgrades for ex. The hair dryer didn’t work, the sink was clogged and be there were little tiny animals in the bathroom we didn’t know what they were.
