Es un hotel algo anticuado, las habitaciones son muy amplias. Viaje con plan todo incluido la comida buena en general, el restaurante Italiano excelente al igual que la atención, no me gusto la barra libre que ofrecen, creo que podrían cobrar un up grade y ofertar bebidas de mejor calidad en caso de que así lo requiera el huésped

Esperaba un mejor servicio

Nos entregaron la habitación aunque llegamos muy temprano, pero el sofá cama en pésimas condiciones, imposible dormir ahí, los alimentos insuficientes, poca variedad y regular calidad en el bufet de la comida y cena, los meseros de playa atentos solamente a las necesidades del turista extranjero.

Muy buen hotel

En general muy buen hotel, lo único que no nos gusto fueron las camas que están demasiado duras para nuestro gusto, pero la atención personal muy amable, huy limpio, buen nivel de alimentos y bebidas.

Hotel agradable cerca de la playa

La atención de todo el personal siempre es muy amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas, los alimentos muy buenos, el único inconveniente fue que la alberca más grande del hotel se encontraba cerrada por reparación y había trabajadores dándole mantenimiento, esto hizo que todos los huéspedes del hotel se concentraran en 2 albercas pequeñas siendo insuficientes para tanta gente, ya que el hotel estaba a su máxima capacidad de hospedaje, lo que hizo que no se lograra disfrutar cómodamente de la alberca. Los niños son los más afectados por no caber todos en las alberquitas.

Incongruencia

Compre all inclusive, y al llegar me dieron una lista de servicios semi all inclusive. Ayer, de los cinco elevadores, sólo funcionaba uno. Duré 20 minutos para bajar, desde el séptimo piso. Luego, en el desayuno, estaba cerrado el restaurante caracol, y nos fuimos al neptuno, donde nos esperaba una fila de 50 personas, para pedir huevos cocinados al momento. Llegamos a las 8.15 horas, y nos sentamos a la mesa a las 9. La comida fue repetitiva, y presentada sin buen gusto en el bufet, durante los cuatro días que estuvimos. En fin, el caos.

Excelente ! Ubicación está muy bien, caminado llegas a un mercado de artesanías y centro comercial. Hotel Buenas instalaciones, tres albercas, habitacion de lujo. Alimentos del bufette 3 estrellas Del restaurante italiano 4 estrellas Y del service room 5 estrellas Gente servicial y atenta. Bebidas. 3 estrellas te te sirven en vaso plástico pequeño,,, llévate tu vaso de acero inox. Playa. Si sabes nadar no está mal. Si no sabes solo meterte unos metros. A mi me apoyo un salvavidas para nadar

I went for five days and I spent a whole day arguing with the hotel i gave the hotel 150 dollars for the deposit of the room and payed for 2 night all inclusive 1100pesos for 2 pepole and the staff worker did not give me a receipt because he said it is all registered in the system do not believe them always ask for your receipt the next day as i ask the fromt desk when can i get my bracelet to eat at the buffet and she tells me that i have not payed and in the system is shows thats i have nothing and didnt give 150 dollars deposit i was so confused spend a whole day trying to figure out what happened the worker shows up to work the next day he says he left the money in the cash box etc very bad Service wont be going back to that hotel again and then i had a incident with their restaurant The waitress says he gave me a discount and to give him a good tip which I did and 30 minutes later I get a knock on my hotel room door scard me wasn't expecting anyone saying he charger me wrong and i owed another 40 dollars and he was sweating and very nervous he told me not to tell the hotel because he can lose his job save yourselfe a horrible hotel and book somewhere else beware and be warned

un excelente hotel en la zona dorada muy cerca de la glorieta de la diana y, sus instalaciones muy buenas y la atención del personal súper bien, habitaciones limpias, su vista a la bahía muy buena el desayuno buffet muy variado y delicioso, en general todo muy bien lo recomiendo ampliamente

Buena estancia en el Crownw plaza

En términos generales la estancia fue buena. El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios y el servicio d elos meseros es excelente. Siempre muy atentos a las necesidades. Lo regular fue que las albercas (a excepción de la pequeña) el agua estaba fria. Al parecer es por el tipo de material que recubre las mismas. Me hubiera agradado que la agua hubiese estado más tibia. Asimismo hace falta personal en la alberca que tiene el bar del lado del agua. Ahí no había nadie y teníamos que esperar a un mesero de los que atienden fuera la piscina para que nos sirvieran las bebidas.

Bonita vista al mar

Esta muy deteriorado la plancha no funcionó, la puerta se trababa, los focos no encendían, los cajones no cerraban,hay cucarachas en la habitación, los elevadores tardan mucho de 6 no se hacía uno,las albercas estaban cerradas,las toallas olian mal, en cuestión de comida super rico y el personal muy amable,te atienden muy bien, pero si las instalaciones dejan mucho que decir.

Never staying here again

There was a roach in my room. All the employees did not want any outside food or even snack to be taken inside the hotel. They wanted us to ONLY consume what was sold inside the hotel. I bought some snacks in the beach to take to my room and they followed me to my room telling me that I couldn't do that. I immediately checked out from the hotel at that moment
