"I was sent a text asking if everything was to our expectation. I said, yes, however the ice machine is not working. They said they would contact staff to provide us ice. Never heard from anyone. The lamp in the room did not work and the furniture was very worn. But the worst experience had to have been in the hotel restaurant. The live music was SO LOUD we could not hear ourselves talk. We could not even enjoy our meal. Others guests were complaining too. But the food was excellent! "

"Rooms were clean, Staff at buffet breakfast were excellent! One drawback was the person at desk checking us in did not seem too interested in helping us find carts to bring our luggage to our room. We had to make a few trips from car to our room on 4th floor. Other than this hotel will be my 1st option for my next visit. "

Los ruidos empiezan a las 6 am, cuando llegas tarde de los parques y cansado y no te dejan dormir. "
