Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). "When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street. The next day, when I returned, they insisted that I could only extend one night of my stay instead of refunding me for the night I had to spend outside. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel booking. No matter how many times I expressed my concerns, their response remained the same: it was the only option available. Additionally, I faced at least 15 minutes of waiting each time I approached the front desk for assistance, which added to my frustration. Overall, this has been the most ridiculous hotel experience I have ever encountered."
