"The receptionist was incredibly unhelpful. No one spoke English and when our German was not enough there was no understanding or customer thinking. Just a constant repetition of the words she knew we did not understand. When there was a problem with the payment via Hotels.com she had no interest in helping to try to solve it. Just to get a credit card. We had an apartment and even though there is a small kitchenette there is no plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Completely empty. The staff in the...
