「The curb appeal was not good due to the new road being constructed , but from the entrance onwards, the hotel exceeded all expectations . It smelled clean and fresh, the public areas were spotlessly clean and the staff gave the warmest welcome from the moment we stepped in through the door . The language barrier did not provide any issues and the staff worked really hard to make us feel at ease and looked after . 「Atentos y me gustó que el cuarto tenía un catálogo de cosas a hacer. El área de alberca en mantenimiento y el acceso no estaba cerrado por completo, muy peligroso al tener varillas expuestas, si alguien tropieza sería un accidente muy grave.」
