「Very clean rooms and a quiet hotel.」

「Not well maintained Stairs are dangerous Room are dated」

「☺️」

「Great staff, friendly and helpful. Room was good also. Tub surface is scarry slippery.」

「Loved that breakfast was provided as well as a pool although I didn’t use the pool. Only complaint was the noise the AC made. It rattles a little in the middle of the night one night, otherwise the stay was fantastic.」

「Extremely slow check in. The bathtub had no cover on the tub overflow (disgusting!), no sink stopper, no cover for the vent on the ceiling and it was full of dust, stain on the comforter, dirty walls and floor edges. We will not stay here again.」

「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. 「I did not receive a refund of my deposit」

「Older worn hotel near ACU. Breakfast ok. NO HOT WATER!」

「Enthusiastic and professional, very good experience.」

The door had clearly been broken as if someone was breaking into the locked bathroom door. The shower has areas of mildew in the caulking and the bar on the shower wall is loose. The water in the bathroom sink, toilet and shower was initially not clear, but after use, the yellow brownish color cleared up. The toilet is also not secured to...

「At freeway exit is more convenient to in and out and easy find out area」

「The hotel was located in a good central area. It was clean, and we felt safe. Our room was also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not as good as we hoped it would have been: bagels, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, and the cheap-tasting link sausage (sliced). We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. We were told our key would allow us to enter The Hampton's pool. The Hampton was across the parking lot, but we didn't feel comfortable doing that.」
