"Staff were wonderful and the location is great. Needs a little tlc in places. The “hairy coos” were a highlight!"

"The staff and setting were lovely, but it’s not well maintained. No hairdryer in room but told there was one, then given a broken hairdryer and then got another. Shower stopped working halfway through and water turned off, then had to have a cold shower."
