The location is convenient, staff are super friendly and food in the restaurant is very good. But the problem is that the rooms are not at all noise proof and the temperature controls are useless. I had a sleepless night in a cold and noisy room.

We had a highly disappointing and unacceptable experience during our stay at this hotel. We checked out the very next day, and demanded a full refund of our 2 nights stay.
