「This is the perfect definition of a small english town stay. I loved the vibe of the rooms and the location. The rooms were clean and they provide complimentary biscuits and tea. The customer service was good as my boyfriend needed to catch a taxi somewhere and couldn’t do it himself so the Inn was able to call for him.
The breakfast felt a bit pricy, but there was a cold buffet in addition to any hot item on their menu. Their fresh honey comb was really cool!」
「Great location on seafront close to the Pavilion and harbour (with its pubs and restaurants - esp Catch)
Cosy ensuite room and good freshly cooked breakfast. Friendly owners - who can also provide a parking permit if needed. Very happy to recommend.」
「Lovely little gem of a hotel. Within walking distance to everything we wanted. Melaney was lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us. The homemade banana bread in the room on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was superb and there were plenty of options including the option to have takeaway breakfast prepared to eat on the beach. We will be back soon! 」
「Very pleasant and helpful staff
Nice clean room over looking the beach
Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Weymouth
Thank you, we look forward to staying again

「The location of the property was great very close to sea and town. The gentleman who checked us in was cheerful and helpful.
Unfortunately didn't get much sleep one of the other residents seemed to be up all night talking loudly with others.
Only booked this due to short notice ... you do get what you pay for.」
「Myself and 2 children had a lovely stay at The Cumberland. It has a great location across from the beach and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were very welcoming. The breakfast has a great choice, it is plentiful, cooked fresh and tasty. We parked in the train station car park as it was cheaper for an overnight stay and not as busy as the 'tourist' car parks. It was approx. 5 minute walk via a pedestrian footpath.」
「So lovely here the hotel is great all staff are so lovely will defo return next time i will ask for a bath in the bathroom as i did struggle with shower as i have disabilities but it was 2 late for me to get a room like that but thats my fault not theirs. The restaurant in there is on point had a lush steak n garlic mushrooms also crumble for pudding also was lovely and the breakfast was also fab the staff work hard in there and got to say prices at the bar are the best ever and we played bingo...
「A great breakfast, the room we had was next door to the two water heaters, making the room very hot indeed other than that a good stay and staff were very attentive, will definitely go again but not in the same room, breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal parking is good also with no extra charges.」
「It was in a peaceful location, although a bit far for walking into town. But the facilities were spot on, though there is no oven to cook proper meals. For someone who needs a quiet, chilled out, restful timeout, it is the perfect place to stay.」
