So close to the Weymouth promenade, the small double is very small but dog friendly and clean enough for the price well worth it. Parking is a problem.

Clean room, comfy bed, no hair dryer provided, so take your own, very good welcome. We did book a room with a bath as we are walkers, but we were given a room with shower only. Parking is tricky as only allowed one night free and parking is a nightmare in Weymouth, it’s all permit parking or pay machines.

Nice welcome from owners. Rooms were OK for the price. Would suggest replacing the lumpy pillows (guess they've been washed) as replacements don't cost much. Easy to walk to from train station. Check in and out times convenient.

The room was very standard and could be improved in the room and the blind was broken and quilt cover had a burn mark on it and the shower was very slow and kept changing the temperature was in it not bice

Lovely stay, owner was very helpful upon arrival, bedroom and ensuite was clean, plenty of tea/coffee/milk/shower gel etc. Bed was a bit creaky but other than that it was fine. Would stay again.

Lovely stay

Andy was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely weekend just a shame about the weather. There was 4 of us in a family room with plenty of space. Only a short walk to the beach ⛱️

Pros: Good size room, big windows, friendly staff, Excellent location. Cons: Tiny bathroom, noisy water system, smell of damp, mirror ONLY in bathroom with no plug socket close enough, permit parking only approx a mile away in a carpark with cash deposit required.

First impression of the owner / manager, was not very good, smelt of alcohol, dressed inappropriate, no shoes, scruffy in tracksuit. Staircase smelt of people smoking. No fire instructions in the property/ room, which the fire alarm did sound with no instructions. Bed mattress was very old. Litter bins on the landing over loaded with bottles and food for 24 hrs. Entrance cobwebs and very untidy.

Bedroom was clean and warm, bathroom very tired with mould in parts, food is not available, no overnight parking. Nearest parking is 1/2 mile away. Convenient for central Weymouth and only a 6 minute walk to the train station and even closer to the sea front.

The room was clean and cosy. The people running the hotel were friendly and helpful. But the room was very small and the bathroom outside at the floor. It didn´t say so in the offfer. For this I think the prize was too much.
