「Our short stay in Carcassonne was extremely pleasant and comfortable at Hôtel Le Donjon. The parking arrangements are very convenient, the rooms comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our only issue was the shower didn't have a screen attached that actually stopped the water from going all over the floor. A minor detail that could be easily fixed. Apart from that I would definitely book Hôtel Le Donjon again.」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

We are literally living out of our suitcases as there was nowhere to put stuff. Other than that we still highly recommend. 」

「Our room was perfect. It was perfectly clean, spacious, beautifully furnished with a view of the canal. The breakfasts were deliciously prepared with care. They kept the downstairs stocked with free cold water and various sodas and good wines at a very low cost. It was an absolute joy to experience this hotel that Katy and Olivier obviously put in so much of themselves to remodel from an old home and that they run with such care and detail.
