Lady on arrival v. helpful. Breakfast staff v. helpful as I have to eat gluten free. Very good wide choice for breakfast. Room plain, but quiet and had all the essentials. Lady on desk when I left couldn't have cared less - barely said good bye, No thank you or 'hope you enjoyed your stay'. Hardly looked up from desk!

Clean & cozy

Clean, comfy, and super close to the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly. Overall, a great stay and a place I’d return to the next time I’m in Aachen.

Very basic hotel, smelly room, elevator didn’t work (free bottle of water as compensation (…..)) parking fully booked (fortunately good option to park nextdoor), single room although double room booked (one free beer as compensation). Anyway, two good things: close to city centre and very good breakfast!

The hotel is in a good location and in the room you have everything you need. Also the breakfast is good. Of course other hotels maybe have a lot more to eat, but it's enough to start your day. We went there now for the second time and again it was good. Only comment maybe; I booked a room for 2 person's with 2 beds. And there is only 1 extra pillow availablein the room in the closet. So we went to the reception. The boy at the reception didn't have an extra pillow and couldn't arrange it also. He was acting a little bit that he had no interest for his job and wouldn'twanne go throughthe trouble of arrangingit. The 2 towels I asked I get....but it looked like it cost a lot of trouble for him. With the rest of the staff (breakfast, check-in/ check-out) we totally didn't have this feeling.
