「Incredible stay at Maison Cabral. I cannot praise the property manager Susanna enough for her amazing hospitality. My flight to Porto was canceled so we had to drive from Madrid and Susanna checked on our bags (which had flown without us) and arranged for a late check/in. 「You can find very kind counter staff here. I booked the Hotel because Hotel.com recommended it. After I stayed in the Hotel, I know why it is highly evaluated.
