"Tough day apparently for the well meaning front desk staff and manager. Checked in at 5:30pm on a busy Saturday evening in March. Pull out couch was opened with mattress in half and bottom sheet along with it. Top sheet was in a heap on the night stand. Trash can in kitchen “suite” was on its side. Hmmmm went back down to share with front desk. Manager apologized and said they would take care of it. Also would address stale cigarette odor. Before leaving for dinner 6:45 told staff we were leaving so they could bring up clean sheets, make pull out bed & address odor. Came back 9:30am to find sheets in plastic bag outside hanging from door. No odor and pull out mattress still folded in half on springs. Ugh. Not what we were expecting! "

"Tge pool was gross and not functional. Beach view was amazing. Balcony room was perfect! The adult slide in the lobby was a hit for my kids. "

"Need to check each room to make sure that everything is in running order we had a room that the shower ran hot water only no cold water ran in shower had to be moved to another room then that room the coffee maker did not work had to go get another one. Other than that beds were clean so was the room staff was very nice and helpful."

"Room was decent. There was a little dust/dirt pieces on the floor. The guy that checked me in was from a different hotel so it took a minute to get checked in but he was awesome and tried his best. So no issues from me on that. I do think the TVs need updating. For the price that is paid plus a membership fee you have to pay it seems a little outdated. At least allow an option for your phone to connect to the TV. But overall, I think the TVs need to be updated as there were static lines and a disoriented screen when watching something (it was both TVs). Everything else was great. "

"Rooms were clean, beds were ok, bathroom shower took FOREVER to walm up. Door of bathroom is a sliding door which wasn’t great, the door kept coming off the rail. Breakfast also just ok, not well stocked through the morning, pretty boring and tasteless sadly. Old hotel I think they are trying to upkeep but renovations. Parking garage is an absolute nightmare to navigate. We will not stay here again."

"Beautiful property right on the boardwalk and oceanfront, clean and attentive. Parking garage with ease of parking, indoor heated pool and a great restaurant downstairs "

"Room was clean and comfortable Was booked into a handicap accessible room (not requested) which had no chair or sofa in the room. Was informed that was standard which I found to be unusual. Staff was friendly most especially the valet who made great restaurant recommendations. Thanks "
