"Exceeded our expectations - we were upgraded to stay in a mansion suite vs a room in the tower, which felt too good to be true but we said okay - the suite was amazing, felt luxurious and we loved it BUT directly outside the Van Gogh suite there must be a staff hallway or closet immediately outside the door and you can hear it open and close fairly loudly because of course it’s an old mansion - my husband and I didn’t mind it, totally worth the noise but other people who are more sensitive to...
