"The property is beautiful. The upstairs King suite the bed had dirty stained sheets and matress covers. Curtains in downstairs King was hanging from the window. No one ever came to correct the problem. I had to go out and buy king size sheet set and matress cover. We only had good communications, when talking to Jose. He is very knowledgeable about the tules and how things operate. I hope hes a manager or will become very soon. Thank you Jose."

"Pros: Kitchen and appliances sparkling upon arrival. Quiet section of the resort. Kitchen well appointed, although time to replace some of the cooking pans. Cons: Carpeting in poor shape. Needs to be replaced. Some plumbing issues (faucets dripping, guest bath shower control handle loose). "

"All the pool amenities and activities were great. The resort staff was great and stuck to the rules. I would say they could lighten up on the required tubes in the river and no jumping in the big pool. Place is for families and my kids got disappointed when they were asked to not jump in the pool at all, not even just a cannon ball. Im 41 and was told i needed a tube in the 3' lazy river. I was just walking around the river with my little kids"

"One of the toilets was broken, a fan was broken and we weren’t left with anything to maintain the cleanliness of the home while we were there for two weeks. The location was great and it was a perfect size home for my family. "

"The host were quick to respond and friendly. The house is beautiful and clean. I felt like we were at a five star hotel. Our girls loved it so much they rathered stay at the house instead of going to explore Florida. We will definitely book this place again!"

"A great stay in a gated community. Was a very short distance to Disney parks. The jacuzzi was amazing after long walks during day trips. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"We travelled with 2 other couples making the total 6 adults. The property was very nice with lots of room to accommodate all 6 of us quite nicely. We all had our private bathroom which worked great. The pool right off the living room was a treat alter had to pay extra for the heat and believe me we needed it if you wanted to get in it in the evening, which we did.
