"The Hotel staff are great the location is excellent. But there is no way the hotel is a 5 star. The building needs some TLC. Restaurant walls are in need of a paint job.we stayed on the 16th floor and the ceiling panels needed attention.The lights in the room keep going off due to loose wiring. Would I stay there again yes if the price reflected the hotel."
