"The hotel deserves the 5 stars!"

"The property was well situated and the room was very acceptable. What I didn’t like was the car transfer from the airport arranged by the concierge … a half hour ride with an average driver cost over $400 … almost a third again on the price of the room .. I felt ripped off. I know it wasn’t the hotel’s car but it reflects badly on them "

"The hotel is less than 2 years old and consisted of every modern convenience possible. The food was excellent. And, you can't beat the location--directly across the street from the Walt Disney Concert Hall and caddie-corner from The Music Center. But, best of all, was how genuinely friendly the entire staff were, especially Adam in guest services."

"The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of LA. It has that feeling of old fashion grandeur without being out of date. Room service food was amazing for room service food, though a bit pricey. Wonderful staff at check in and valet parking. No pressure to tip but I did because it was well deserved. Pet friendly. Wonderful five star luxury!"

"If you want to stay central to restaurants, bars, and attractions in LA this location is perfect What my wife and I really liked though, is it has a boutique vibe, and is very chilled. A sanctuary. Roof pool and bar are great. Service excellent. Recommend and we’d stay again "
