「On my first attempt at the presidential family hotel, the staff were very enthusiastic, treating everyone like a distinguished guest. A small incident particularly impressed me. I was taking a shower at the time. I guessed it was the cleaner knocking on the door, which made it very inconvenient for me to open. About 15 minutes later, the room phone rang to confirm whether I was fine. I find it very considerate; they are considering their customers' safety. This is also a rare hotel in Las Vegas...

「The Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the room, slippers, and robe. We liked that the Casino was small, NON-SMOKING. It was nice to be able to go to the" EATALY" inside the hotel. It offered many choices mainly Italian. The breakfast crepes were amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue was trying to get our request for some extra room amenities resolved. It took two days and still was missing two...

「Everything is good . The most disappointing is the front desk told us can’t use the fridge . we may have to pay the drinks in the fridge if we open the fridge door even we don’t take or use anything. It’s ridiculous for a five star hotel can’t allow to use the fridge in such hot days season. There’s no coffer machine or kettle & I tried to call for a hot water and had been told that will charge $35 & wait for an hour. 」
