「酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来」

「 Beautiful gated community. Huge house with plenty of room for 5. Pool and hot tub were a big hit. Close to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. Fast food and groceries nearby. Retro video game system is fun. Would stay again! Be warned-pool cleaner/ landscaper walked right in while we were swimming and used leaf blower- blew lots of debris into pool. Neighbors played loud music. Gate guards will check for ID every times But house has everything you will need. 」
