"Great hotel "

"The property is beautiful. The upstairs King suite the bed had dirty stained sheets and matress covers. Curtains in downstairs King was hanging from the window. No one ever came to correct the problem. I had to go out and buy king size sheet set and matress cover. We only had good communications, when talking to Jose. He is very knowledgeable about the tules and how things operate. I hope hes a manager or will become very soon. Thank you Jose."

"Pros: Kitchen and appliances sparkling upon arrival. Quiet section of the resort. Kitchen well appointed, although time to replace some of the cooking pans. Cons: Carpeting in poor shape. Needs to be replaced. Some plumbing issues (faucets dripping, guest bath shower control handle loose). "

"The host were quick to respond and friendly. The house is beautiful and clean. I felt like we were at a five star hotel. Our girls loved it so much they rathered stay at the house instead of going to explore Florida. We will definitely book this place again!"

"We travelled with 2 other couples making the total 6 adults. The property was very nice with lots of room to accommodate all 6 of us quite nicely. We all had our private bathroom which worked great. The pool right off the living room was a treat alter had to pay extra for the heat and believe me we needed it if you wanted to get in it in the evening, which we did. "Quiets, clean, nice backyard! "

"The house was incredible! The perfect layout and beds/baths that served our family so easily! The extremely disappointing part is that it shows pictures of the beautiful back patio with the pool and jacuzzi. I paid for the heating of it and had to call them at least twice every day to get the heater turned on. I paid in advance, as soon as they sent the payment link. They claimed I hadn’t paid, so I pulled up my credit card statement and told them exactly what date I had paid. We arrived on...
