「Wir waren zum 4ten Mal im Neptune. Die Zimmer sind alle super im Deluxe Stil, alles sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Das weitläufige Gelände lädt zum relaxen ein und macht alles entspannter durch die Ruhe. Wir kommen bald wieder.」

「L’hotel si presenta molto bene, il personale è molto professionale e disponibile. Le camere sono ampie e ben mantenute. Le pulizie sono quotidiane, e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati con regolarità. Abbiamo sempre mangiato al ristorante a buffet (colazione e cena), in maniera decorosa, ma non entusiasmante. La cucina è rivolta ad una clientela internazionale / nord europea. Comunque non mancano mai insalate fresche, verdure, formaggi e carne alla griglia. Scarseggia il pesce fresco. Colazione...

「Architektonisch schönes Hotel, mit einer sehr schönen Poollandschaft, einer stylischen Hotelanlage. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und auch die Säfte, Kaffeespezialitäten sind in allen Variationen vorhanden. Abends gibt es wenn man Halbpension gebucht hat auch ein Buffet oder es besteht die Möglichkeit kostenpflichtig etwas aus der Karte zu bestellen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und berät einen sehr gut bei der Weinauswahl. Das Hotel hat kein Spa, es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum...

「From booking through to check out the service at the hotel was amazing. The welcome on check in was great with an upgrade on the room. The hotel was stunning with plenty of space around the pool and on the beach. Breakfast was excellent as was the pool service. Rooms spacious and spotless each day. Great location for walking into Kos Town Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely will visit again」

「The hotel has great pools, plenty of food with a good variety, and enjoyable evening entertainment. It is a good choice for families with children. However, our room did not meet our expectations. It was old and poorly maintained, and the garden view actually overlooked garbage and noisy air conditioning units. We were offered an upgraded room for an extra charge, but it had a leaking air conditioner, so we declined. Unfortunately, no satisfactory solution was provided, which was disappointing.」
