Overall a decent place to stay. The hotel is let down by the relentless desire from staff to close the pool by 6pm, aggressively pulling umbrellas down from 5.40pm and generally feeling like you’re an inconvenience are the pool, whilst on holiday. The hotel is clean, the food is fine (although 3 or 8 of us had food related illness) and the location on the coast is perfect. The views are 5 star but it certainly isn’t a 5 star resort. Wouldn’t return or recommend but it was fine for a week away.

The overall stay was quite decent. Hotel is very nice and cosy. Staff was super helpful and cheerful, we loved the mini disco and pool activities. Only downside is the facility itself. It is a bit old and the room was small for 3 people. And the greek restaurant doesn't really reflect the authentic greek cusinies. Also the beach has loads of stones and you really need to swim a bit further to reach thr sand on your feet. It wouldnt recommend you to walk on the beach bare foot.

The guest checkin service was uninviting and poorly managed. No directions to your room or porter service. Similarly, trying to book a late checkout or drinks that are not included in the all inclusive package, was frustrating. The staff were under trained or very new and had no idea what to do, and there never seemed to be a supervisor around to help with guest queries. Also, I have never stayed in a hotel where you are instructed NOT to put used toilet paper in the toilet in your room, but to dispose of it in a pedal beside the toilet. I ended up having to make frequent visits to the main reception toilet which had no restrictions. Overall, I found the facilities, entertainment and general layout of the resort underwhelming. However, the buffets were tasty and there was a good selection. But you would get bored of the menu after a week.

Overall a good resort with plenty of entertainment and decent food and drinks. The rooms could use a renovation and feel a bit outdated. The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’. All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay.

Excellent

We had a brilliant holiday and I have no criticisms about the hotel and the staff. If you want to explore on foot outside the hotel area then you will find it is along way to any villages etc. We were on a relaxing break so stayed at the resort and were not disappointed.

Good but could improve

The place is very nice but i would not recommend to stay in a suite if you are a family of 4! My kid doesn't sleep in a childs bed and my wife was crammed into the main bed with the 3 kids whilst i slept on the single! The food with the mains is good but the desserts are rubbish and the ice cream stand had possibly the worst ice creams i've had!

İt was nice hotel. But the service in Greek rest. and bars was not adequate. There was always queue. In the restaurants although there is an open areas, smoking is forbidden. There should be seperate places for smokers. Besides it was interesting that there is no ouzo in main restaurant. There is a big rocks in the sea. Therefore it was really dangerous to swim. There should be a solution for this problem such as long dock in order not to try to swim in the rocks.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und sie haben ein Ameisenproblem. Wir hatten überall im Zimmer Ameisen, auch im Bett! Es gab eine Durchgangstüre ins andere Zimmer, dass anderen Gäste gebucht haben. Die Türe von unserer Seite war nicht abgeschlossen und wir haben es vermehert angesprochen, jedoch wurde nichts unternommen. Das Hotel hat ein grosses Problem mit Hornissen. Überall hat es Näster und diese waren auch vermehrt überall draussen im Hotel. Das Trinkwasser im Restaurant schmeckte sehr stark nach kalk, dies konnte man nicht trinken. Im ganzen ist das Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Es war ok

Gut fanden wir: Essen, Lage, Zimmer, große Auswahl für Freizeitgestaltung. Nicht gut fanden wir das wir keine Möglichkeit hatten das Griechische Restaurants für ein Abendessen zu buchen. Man musste mindestens 3-4 Tage im Vorhinnein buchen um einen Platz zu bekommen. Bei dem Restaurant wo wir einen Platz bekommen haben, war das essen nicht so gut. Für den letzten Tag haben wir nach einem Late-Check Out gefragt. Uns wurde der Preis gesagt wie viel es kosten würde (140€ bis 18 Uhr) jedoch nicht das wir die Hotelanlage benutzen dürfen auch ohne Late Check-Out. Dies haben wir von einem anderen Mitarbeiter erfahren, wo wir einen Tag vor der Abreise nachgefragt haben. Wir hätten uns hier direkt die Informationen gewünscht.

Ondanks de afgelegen plek van het hotel, hebben wij een erg leuke week gehad! Bij aankomst schrok ik even van de entree van het gebouw, want je verwacht bij 5 sterren wel iets moderns. Aankomst/Entree doet echt af aan hoe mooi het resort echt is. Ons verblijf overtrof wel de verwachting die ik had. Erg goed eten, onwijs mooi uitzicht op beide stranden en de buiten bars en al met al goede service. Het hotel was volgeboekt maar dat was door de goede verdeling van 2 stranden en meerdere baden niet te merken en goed verdeeld. Voor €11 konden we al een enkele reis taxi bestellen naar Karmadia, leuk stadje! Super toegankelijk ook voor mindervalide! Mijn man kon overal (soms met kleine omweg) komen met zijn scootmobiel via helling of lift! Minpuntje was de kamer; ondanks dat de eerste indruk 'netjes en mooie ingericht was' werden we stapelgek van de mieren overal. Ze kwamen gewoon door gaten en kieren vanuit alle muren gekropen. Ik heb ze nu thuis zelfs in mijn koffer terug gevonden (we zaten begane grond). Ook de douche gaf alleen maar heet water en ondanks de meldingen bij receptie is daar weinig mee gedaan. Entertainment hebben wij weinig van mee gekregen omdat in de avond vaak op stap waren (taxi of huurauto). Wel erg jammer dat we vanaf aankomst alleen in het italiaanse restaurant konden eten en er in het andere a la cart restaurant gewoon geen beschikbaarheid was onze hele vakantie.

Sehr sauber, sehr leckeres Essen, wunderschöner Strand (an einigen Abschnitten steinig, aber es gibt auch Abschnitte wo es nur sandig ist, man sollte am Strand einwenig schauen wo es am besten ist reinzugehen). Einfach und schnell mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel (ca 25EUR). Sehr nett am CheckIn Schalter als auch auf dem gesamten Hotelgelände (Restaurant, Bar etc) und viele Deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und einen wunderschönen urlaub gehabt.
