"We had a nice view of the lake and the area was so quiet. It was a little difficult turning off the highway to get in though"

"The water pressure was bad where we stayed. The sink and tub was filling up with water and not draining well at all. Then on the deck they had a shade which was broken off and laying on the deck. And the recliner was not working well at all. And one night we could not find any parking at all. We had to park on the other side of another building and walk to our building. "

Learn more about Green Forest

Check out popular sights like Table Rock Lake as you discover the local area in Green Forest.

Nestled in the hills of Arkansas, within minutes of the Buffalo National River, is a hidden gem of a cabin. Boasting a wrap-around porch with hand peeled cedar, this cabin took 2 years to be built. A steady spring can be heard trickling into the pond below. And on summer nights the wild croaking can be heard from the pond's residents.

15 minutes from this cabin is Boxley Valley, home of the famous Arkansas Elk Herd. Horseback riding is also available on a 180 acre ranch. Don't forget to sign the guestbook if you choose to stay, guests from near and far have written about their travels and stay.
