"The property was nice. It would have been better if I had access to the pool area. That’s what I looked forward to the most. The king bed on the second floor was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life, that sounded like the bed would break in half at every movement. Awful. I was soft, high in the middle, low on the edges. My back hurt my entire start. Overall, the output of nice sand in a great location."

The dryer was broken and unable to be fixed during our stay. The company is very attentive to needs. I brought up something’s in the house that probably need evaluated and they said things need to be addressed at the beginning on the stay. The morning after we arrived, the upstairs A/C—responsible for cooling 6 of the 7 bedrooms—stopped working. We contacted the property management company right away and were repeatedly told a technician would arrive soon. No one came until after noon on Sunday. "Upon our arrival, not only did we have no hot water, there was very little water pressure coming out of the bathroom showers and tubs. My family and I, which consisted of 4 children 7 and under, were not able to bathe in the bathrooms, we had to bath them outside in the pool. We reached out the the property and they could not send someone until the next morning. The next day, while we were not at the property, the issue was not resolved until the early evening. "
