「Beautiful landscape and architecture. Amenities well maintained. Villa comfortable and serene. The staff extremely friendly and attentive. The birds and animals in surrounding nature were happy too, despite 110 plus degree heat. Will return to this oasis outside of Scottsdale again.」

「Check-in was a bit of an adventure. We reserved an upgraded room on a higher floor. When we went to check in we were initially given a regular room on the ground floor, but after showing the Front Desk person our reservation he then moved us to the proper room. 「Beautiful facility with excellent customer service. Signage around the resort is terrible so it is easy to get lost around the large property. Summer is not the best time to be at the resort. However I was at a conference there. The doors need weather proofing. As a result the heat seeps into the hallways and elevators making it uncomfortable as you walk back and forth from your room.」
