"This was an incredible hotel, everything was brand new, and the staff were more than accommodating to our pets. They arrived with beds, bowls, and toys with treats. It’s an amazing family, friendly destination. Very close to the hustle and bustle of Chongqing, but just 30 minutes away and you feel like you’re in a mountain in paradise. "

"I enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing I appreciated is the kindness of the staff. All staff were nice, but Leo Liu helped me amazingly. He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly."

"I had a bad experience of staying at this hotel for two nights, The room was overheated that I could not fall asleep for the first night, the second night was even crazy that some random people came into the room in the middle of the night. Their explaination was an accident caused by their staff opened the same room for other guests."
