"My stay at the Regent was thoroughly enjoyable, particularly the exceptional service. From the welcoming bell boy at the front door to the attentive front desk staff, and even the catering and room service, every aspect of my experience was exceptional. The Regent provides professional and attentive service to its guests. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel did not inform me of my birthday during my stay. The Regent was so attentive to send me a balloon bouquet and a cake for my celebration. I was deeply grateful. I would certainly return to the Regent for my first choice. "

"My experience at the Westin Chongqing Liberation Square was a mixed one. The location is convenient, the staff very friendly, the pool and gym great. However, I was charged for the bed of an extra guest although I had already paid a special fee for an extra guest; our breakfast was inexplicably 50% more expensive in the restaurant than what we had been told at the reception. These might have both been misunderstandings but still dampened our enthusiasm for an otherwise great hotel."
