This property is in a pretty good location that there are many shops and restaurants around. They did remember my birthday when I checked out on my birthday and gave me a little parting gift. The staff was decent, but I wouldn’t say they are friendly because they hardly say greetings to me. There were some parts of the room that I think it needs a little finish work and touch up due to wear and tear. The room was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. There was nothing really stood out for me by this hotel. Considering that I have stayed at other JW Marriott hotels before, I thought that my experience here was underwhelming. I expected more than what I got from the staff and the property. I expected the staff to be more friendlier, and the hotel conditions are in great shape.

Good location, but bit dated in the deco. Premier room is rather small. So we paid extra for upgrade to suit room. Breakfast is just so-so.

Hotel is centrally located. Near to train station. Check in and out is fast. Executive lounge staffs are not very attentive to guests. Did not even serve guests drinks unlike other hotels that I stayed before. Drink finished also didn’t refill the fridge till ask for it.

Great Property

What an excellent hotel! Quick check-in and check-out, Rooms are very spacious and are outfitted wonderfully, like hotels used to do! Endless drawers for storage and lot of amenities. The room was super quiet- never heard a sound from other rooms. The decor, even in the hallways is high end. Elevators so quick- don’t think I ever waited 30 seconds. Convenient in-town location with lots to walk to. TIP: turn right out of hotel, right at next street, half block to great open air market, continue down hill from market for lots of eateries and a large Bravo supermarket. Overall, I was totally pleased with this property!

Wonderful hotel, exquisite lobby, attentive, staff, helpful service, comfortable bed, and clean room. About a 15 minute walk from Jiafengbei pedestrian street and convenient metro transportation right outside the hotel. They also have a nice looking pool that I checked out, but did not actually swim. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location for dining and shopping, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit.
