「We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We have used Expedia for years and booksat least 20-30 times per year but...

「The house was perfect for our needs and located in a very convenient location to quickly get to campus and downtown shopping and dining. We will definitely stay again. The host was very prompt at responding to any questions I had.」
