凱科斯群島 5 星級飯店

「Great stay ! Clean and well kept rooms and property. Excellent food and drinks. Will be back!」

「There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

「The property and room were excellent. Very clean and well kept. Housekeeping was also very good. I felt very safe while on the property. The tv programming and quality was terrible. The broadcast would frequently break up and premium channels like Cinemax had long commercials. You couldn’t mirror your phone onto the tv to watch movies. 「Excellent resort beautiful and well kept staff was great and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for,...

「What an incredible experience! My wife, my son, and I truly had the time of our lives at Ambergris Cay. We’ve traveled to some beautiful places, but this island is definitely something special. Everything was amazing, from the beautiful beaches and incredible accommodations to the food and the outstanding service. But what really made our vacation unforgettable was the staff. A very special thank you to Jose, GK, Captain Kyle, Monita, and Pablo. What an amazing group of people! Everyone was so...

「Large rooms and amazing views!」

「Amazing 👏」

「酒店坐落在海边，景色非常好。客房不多，岛上居民很少，因此非常安静，非常舒适。虽然服务态度很好，但酒店开业时间短，所以服务经验不足。」

「High end, low key. Old school Caribbean. Very personable, all staff are exceptional. Food excellent. 」
