「For three continuous days, I made repeated requests for help with the Wi-Fi. Since the beginning of our communication, we discussed what was available and what was not available in our room. I was asked to look for and reset a modem. As the conversation progressed, I sent photos of our room, closets, and cabinets and described in detail what was there. There was no modem available for me to reset. The Wi-Fi issue should have been handled by staff instead of requiring the guest to search the room...
