「The cabin feel to interior including fireplace in bedroom. Disappointed with certain items being lose or not properly maintained, for instance bath tub faucet was loose.」

「We felt it was spacious and well equipped with necessary kitchen equipment. Liked having washer and dryer in unit. Could have been cleaner. The handrails on the stairway inside was filthy, caked on dirt that had not been cleaned ever? The back porch area was dirty. Needed sweeping and was filled with spider webs. We reported 3 times that there were critters in attic (raccoons) and no follow up with us was ever provided. A maintenance person told us he would report it but we had already...

「Easy check-in, lots of important info given at check-in. All areas of resort within walking distance even carrying large bag. Pools not as big as expected in the pictures but still enjoyable, always found a lounge chair to sit in and room in the pools to enjoy. Had other activities other than pools too. Food available on site-Hot dog combos at times at the pools, otherwise good pizza and taco truck. The Thirsty's cocktail bar a bit high but really good drinks served with fresh fruit garnish....

「Perfect for my family of 5. 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 toddler. Spacious and clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom with great water pressure. A/C was ice cold just like i like it. We also enjoyed the balcony and the view! 10/10 would recommend! 」

「The condo was decent and clean. Everything you need for a nice stay. We were in a 2 bed 2 bath but the second shower didnt have enough pressure to shower so we all shared the 1 shower. Property and sidewalks outside could use a cleaning but overall quiet and peaceful. Staying during the off season is much more peaceful.」

「Our ac went out twice but they quickly fixed it both times. We had no soap in the bathroom so we had to go buy some. 」

「This is the perfect place to take the family or for a couple/girls road trip, whatever the reason - these condos are lovely with all the amenities you need. Spacious full service kitchen, comfy beds, cozy gathering space with fireplace. Great lake views. Lots of activities to enjoy on location or in the surrounding areas.」

「There was only one trash bag for the entire four days we were there. I would have thought there would be another, like there was in the bathrooms. The door to the bathroom stuck (had shifted) so it was hard to open and close. We had to call for a plunger late at night due to not having one in the townhouse. They brought one when called which was nice but I still felt one should have automatically been available. We found out at check in that the pool for the townhouses was closed for maintenance...

「We loved it. The only complaint was that whatever cleaning services they use are not doing the job well. Under the bed and behind the nightstand we're inches of dust dirt and long strands of human hair」

「Excellent resort,very new and well equipped kitchen,our dilute one bedroom has everything we need suiting our road trip,the jacuzzi in the bathroom is nice,the outdoor hot tub open during Feb is awesome,definitely recommend!」

「It took over an hour to check in which was nerve wracking after an 8 hr drive with 2 grandkids-our reservation with them didn’t agree with what we booked and what was confirmed. It was remedied by the resort the next morning. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and kind. The facility was wonderful and in a great location. I will definitely book with them again, and I’d recommend that anyone reading this should book with them too. 」
