「The whole place was 5 stars. From the employees to the rooms to the food! If I go back to Colombia I will stay here for sure. The breakfast is awesome and the staff from the restaurant are amazing! If you want somewhere to go and be near everything this is the place to be!!」

「The apartment was beautiful, but there are a few things that I wasn’t crazy about. There was no soap in the bathrooms, no paper towels, very minimal amount of towels, so next time I would definitely buy all of that plus coffee and coffee filters, but the plus was that it had an amazing view, a great coffee machine downstairs that had regular, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and it was opened all of the time! 「The hot tub smelled rotten, the water was clearly not cleaned. Once we checked in we realized the staff left the property for a couple of hours - the desk is not always staffed, so there is truly no security. The room was not clean and there is was no hot water in the shower. When we told the property we wanted to leave, they just told us to pay them and offered no resolution for our complaints.
