"Had a wonderful short stay at The President in Colaba. The hotel was beautiful and stylish, though slightly more dated than some of its peers (Taj, Trident, etc.). Had an upscale luxury feel to it, but with nice splashes or Indian culture and aesthetics. Room service was excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the surroundings— lots of construction so I didn’t the feel that I was hoping for, especially being so close to the sea and to the historic Colaba area. But that’s not the hotel’s fault....

"The property is perfect if you don’t want the hustle of downtown Mumbai. It is in the industrial area about 40 minutes out, around 1200 Indian Rupees uber into Mumbai. The hotel is lovely, staff are excellent, as is the food. Breakfast was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay outside the central area."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Travelled with my mom who needs wheel chair and the whole property is wheel chair friendly and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Food is delicious and there a lot of options."
