"The room was spotless, everything working perfectly. The staff was very courteous: the breakfast team, the cleaning teams (all). A special mention for Atia and Giselle, the front managers that made our stay even more pleasant as they were always in great mood and catered for our requests always with a smile! We will always return to this Hyatt House when we'll be back in Orlando - excellent."

"I’ve been here perhaps 10 times over the last 20 years and I always have a good stay. Staff are incredibly friendly. Let’s check in the orchid lounge in the lobby does tremendous sushi. Js bar is always a winner in the Poole is very very nice. But the walk to others adventure and universal perhaps seven minutes if that. The boats are also available. They kept the property up beautifully and I always have a lovely stay. You are gonna have to pay for parking and taxes so you’re not going there for the cheap house but you are going for the lovely saying more importantly express pass which is fantastic. "
