In the heart of the city with convenient access (~USD5 taxi or Uber ride or less ) to outlets, Dream Mall, famous bakeries and night markets. The rooms are huge with equally generous bathrooms and showers that you won’t bump around in. The decor is modern, clean and simple lines. The atmosphere is serene. "Amazing boutique hotel who pay attention to small details. Excellent breakfast with individual serving main course as good as 5 star restaurants. Well located in between 2 main station . Staff are well trained n polite. Catherine, Ken n Oscar at the front desk n a few staff at the restaurant are at your service all the time . Congratulations JOHO. We will be back soon . "

"Hallway on second floor is too dim with lack of lighting and carpet smell musty. Same as our floor on 14th floor. I would recommend change it to tiles in order to avoid the musty smell. "

"Great stay overall. Friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast selections. Clean & modern rooms & facilities. Convenient location. For even better experience, housekeeping staff could be better trained to remember room guests habits, such as extra towels or other items for additional guests daily rather than having to remind staff daily to leave needed extra items. Pool design and the lack of food/beverage service there unfortunately do not inspire lounging around for relaxation or fun."

"Breakfast buffet starts at 7am . But when arr there at 07:10 , some food still cold even it were on the heat plate! I stayed there 4 nights ! Every morning same happened."

"The hotel was nice and clean. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Hotel is located about 25 mins to the most popular shopping area. The metro station is right next to the hotel which is pretty convenient. Plenty of eating options but probably not as much if you nearby the high speed rail station. I would stay again for the price and size of the room. "

"Staff attentive, although you have to attract their attention as reception desk is located on back wall. Some (not many) English speakers. Room was a highlight with bath and shower’s sweeping views of Love River and city. But remember to switch off the lights if you shower at night - yes pedestrians can see you showering! Coin laundry was very handy."

"The hotel and staff were good. Walking distance to KHH. Do not add breakfast for $10 dollars if booking through Expedia. The breakfast is included with your stay. Expedia charged an additional $30. Scam!"
