"Our room, reserved for two, was clearly a single: no chair except a desk chair, the desk had no outlets for a laptop, no wastepaper basket except for a tiny one in the bathroom, a small double bed that had been advertised as a queen-sized. Breakfast facilities were only available on the first day of our stay; after that, nothing was available (except room service) because of a conference that occupied the main receiving area. Apart from these physical inconveniences, the staff was uniformly polite and friendly."
